Audi Welcome Kit

We set out to infuse substance into an otherwise bulky, expensive welcome program. To kick off 2017, we overhauled the Audi welcome kit to better serve the needs of new owners. We developed a thoughtful cadence to ensure owners receive relevant information during their ownership through print, an email campaign and a dedicated landing page. The program was redesigned and streamlined to make the most of joining the Audi family. This enables owners to learn more about technologies and new-owner orientation but also keeps Audi top of mind for Service and Accessories.
